Blessed Ones, I Am Archangel Raphael. I Am also accompanied by Archangels Uriel and Donna Grace,  Ariel and Sophia, Mikael and Felicity.  We wish to say to you and to all who are joining in the 11-11-11 Conclave of Celebration - Calling All Angels - the Archangels of the 12 Solar, Galactic, Universal and Cosmic Rays are sponsoring this event. There will indeed be amazing and elegant downloads of Light, Love, Compassion, perfume, amrita, and more throughout the day. New grid structures will be anchored through which the 2012 infusions of Light will be transmitted throughout the coming year. Each participant will be maximally "enlightened" from 11-11-11 onward.

Your Lightbodies will each receive Angelic guides, guardians and "facilitators". The Angelic Kingdom has been preparing to maximally assist humanity throughout this process.

Those who have been serving as planetary healers will also be serving to anchor major and minor grid points around the Earth. There will be more and more Angelic intervention to minimize the harm and maximize healing for individuals and the larger social/political structures around the world. You will continue to see social change of an undreamed of magnitude and grandeur. You have all prayed repeatedly for Ease and Grace. You will see its effects.

Yes, there is change coming. Yes, there are miracles of Love, Light, Power, and Wisdom infusing the Earth and all her kingdoms.

You will all receive healing beyond your dreams. Indeed the healing will extend to you dreams. All of the feminine Archangels holding the 7 primary rays, the 5 formerly hidden rays, and the 22 new celestial rays will be creating rainbows of light infusions to maximally support humanity's transition. Stories of faith, hope, charity, peace, joy and plenty will become the norm.

All remaining extra-terrestial influences not serving the Divine Plan will be firmly and finally escorted off and away from Planet Earth. "If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen," comes to mind.

The humans who have been prepared to serve as Earth's Transition Leadership are now in place. All will be focused on "Restoring the Plan on Earth". The National Governmental systems now in place will see HUGE reforms.

There will be many, many changes. All will be for the better.

• Health Care across the Earth Will Be Free. The prototype already exists.
• The Education System will undergo Massive change - the prototype already exists. It will be Love focused, Heart focused, Divine Plan focused.
• Religious Systems not serving Truth and Love will destabilize and fall apart.
• Primary structures that will feed humanity will be strengthened. Huge infusions of money and energy will support healthy growing and processing of foods.
• All will be sustained despite the transition from the money economy. Those who have experienced lack will find new hope, new solutions, new opportunities. 
• The re-distribution of land and wealth will serve the Highest Good. Those who have demonstrated their intention to serve will receive the greatest benefits.
• Those corporations which have sought personal  and profit at the expense of Life will either reformulate or disappear.
• All negative extra-terrestial interference will CEASE.

The Earth's shifts and changes will continue as she realigns more fully with Divine Purpose and Divine Plan. Life will be maximally protected. Property in the danger zones - not a priority.

New Teachers will emerge. They will offer assistance to the masses for rapid healing and shifting.

Earth's resources will be reassigned - there will be no more raping and pillaging of Mother Earth. Only those who  have demonstrated intention to serve, not harm, will remain in charge.

Large numbers of people will flee toward that which is their highest choice. The pull/call will be so strong, that only the most hardened will choose to resist. Even they shall be assisted to the maximum extent allowed by Law and the current Divine Dispensation.

Those seeking to harm will be stopped. AND it will all happen in a completely natural way.
Divine Purpose will Reign Supreme.
